Marcia Brandt is the Director of Strategic & Enterprise Clients for Newman Group Search. She brings over 20 years of experience as a Human Resources executive working with multinational Fortune 500 companies, and PE-funded companies. 

 

Marcia’s expertise is in M&A, private equity, global HR leadership, Total Rewards, and executive recruitment at the C-level. She has led full Human Resources functions and has been a member of the executive team, reporting to the CEO.

 

Marcia has worked in manufacturing, healthcare, construction, and CPG. Her passion is to help companies topgrade by ensuring that they hire and promote A-players within their organizations. She has helped organizations increase their hiring and promotion success rates from 50% to 90%, resulting in dramatic increases to productivity and revenue.

 

Marcia’s greatest sense of achievement comes from matching great people with exceptional companies. She enjoys seeing the impact on people, their families, and their careers. She also enjoys having a deep understanding of her client companies’ strategy and culture in order to match them with A-player talent, every time.

Marcia lives in Denver, CO and enjoys hiking, pickleball, friends and is a foodie. She has a son who studies Japanese and lives in Sapporo, japan.
